The MetExpert XRFA provides measurements of mass fraction of chemical elements in stainless, chromium and other steels, aluminum, magnesium, copper and other alloys and their products. The device can measure all chemical elements from sodium (Z=11) to americium (Z=95) in liquid, solid or powdery substances.

MetExpert-T x-ray fluorescence analyzers are designed to measure the mass fraction of chemical elements in metals and alloys, powders, liquids, oils, ores, soils, water, plastics, jewelry and has the ability to measure the thickness of coating.
The PRIZMA-M(Au) XRFA, besides determining the elemental composition (from calcium, Z=20, to plutonium, Z=94) of stainless, chromium and other steels, copper-base, nickel-base, molybdenum-base and zirconium-base alloys, can also estimate with extreme precision (up to 0.1%) the concentrations of gold, silver, platinum, rhodium, iridium, ruthenium, palladium and alloying elements in jewellery alloys and other alloys based on precious metals.
